Southern Refractories And Minerals was established in 1972 in Chennai (Madras), Tamil Nadu State, a major gateway to South India. 

We stock and supply Refractories, Monolithics, Insulating and Acid Proof material all over South India. Our roots in Refractories and allied products go back to 1953 when our associate, M/s. SKG Refractories Group, founded a refractory trading firm in Kurla, Mumbai, India.  Today, SKG has a state-of-the-art Refractory manufacturing Unit of 35000 TPA capacity in the Industrial area of Butibori, Nagpur.  The Group has associates in almost all key Indian cities, dealing in refractories, insulation, acid proof material etc.

Our skilled team of engineers, masons and laggers are equipped with the necessary tools to undertake Refractory & Acid Proof Lining, Epoxy application, Thermal & Cold Insulation work, to Customers' specifications. We have executed several projects in these areas on turn-key basis, as well as application only, to the complete satisfaction of our Customers.
